Clarbeston Road AFC  Annual General Meeting

Thursday 17th July 2025

Our 2025 Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 17th July 2025 at our Club Meeting Room at Knock Field, Clarbeston Road, SA63 4SL.  Any members wishing to attend are asked to reserve a place by contacting Steve Stretch (Secretary) on steve.stretch@yahoo.co.uk by Monday 14th July 2025.

At the AGM the following trustees are due to stand down on rotation and have expressed the wish to stand for re-election:

The following trustee has given notice of his resignation:

The following trustee served notice of his resignation at last year's AGM as soon as a replacement could be found but now wishes to stand for re-election:

There are 2 further existing vacancies. Any nominations for election to trustee vacancies should be notified to Steve Stretch (Secretary) on steve.stretch@yahoo.co.uk by Monday 14th July. We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with administrative and/or financial experience.
