Our 2025 Annual General Meeting was held on Thursday 17th July 2025 at our Club Meeting Room at Knock Field, Clarbeston Road, SA63 4SL.

At the AGM the following trustees were elected/re-elected

The following trustee has given notice of his resignation once Rachel Settatree has been confirmed as Safeguarding Officer.

There are 2 further existing vacancies. Any nominations for election to trustee vacancies should be notified to Steve Stretch (Secretary) on steve.stretch@yahoo.co.uk by Monday 14th July. We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with administrative and/or financial experience.
